Do not buy tickets thru Ticketmaster. The customer service is terrible. The Worst. They take zero responsibility for the sale of the tickets. They speak to you rudely and with little or no respect They state they are the middle man and do not own the tickets. But yet they take your money and then wait as long as they can to refund you. They LIE and deny responsibility. I've been waiting months for my refund and still have not received it back. Oh yeah it's over $2000. I will buy directly from an event in the future I will NEVER go thru Ticketmaster again for anything.
I bought a ticket in Nov. 2019. It was postponed to Aug. 2020 and now again to Feb. 2021. I no longer live in the state where the concert is to take place. I have asked twice and was told no due to unprecedented circumstance. I could use the refund to put food in stomach or gas in my car in this unprecedented circumstance. I will never by anything from this company again and they don't deserve the one star.

Had checked my tickets prior to leaving house and all was good. Got to the gate of the event and unable to pull my tickets up on the site nor their app. It shows they're there but "fail to refresh" when trying to access the bar code. Ticketmaster has no support whatsoever. What an embarrassment of a company. Never again.
About 1 year ago I bought Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter's 15th bday. The concert was supposed to be at Empower Field, a fantastic outside venue. I paid extra to get great seats in section 114, they were pretty close seats and centered in the middle of the stage. Covid clearly postponed the event and I never heard back when the event was rescheduled. The tickets just went missing from my account bc it was longer than 3 months ago. It is impossible to get ahold of any customer service representative. I have emailed them about 10 times and their number says no one is available to talk at this time...Seriously??!!! I spent about $300 on concert tickets and I'm getting nothing back. Today I heard back by email, they said i had replacement tickets for a totally different venue, Ball arena, which I hate. It echos and the views of the stage are not great. To top it off. They said I would get tickets that were equal or better. The tickets they are trying to give me are worse, it section 220, up higher/further away than my original ones and also off to the side, not centered. I'm livid. I want better tickets that are equal to the ones I had and I also want to be able to reach a person to help me. How frustrating!!

I logged into Ticket Master to purchase a ticket, When going through the process it only gave me one option to select for section 306. I tried everything and it would only let me select the one seat. I went through the process, then logged back on immediately and it all the sudden had 50-75 different options to choose from and the one I needed was there. I contacted Ticketmaster and they refused to look into the incident or even help me out. I asked either for a refund or just a credit since it was a glitch in their system. They absolutely would not look into it and said they do not offer any type of refund or credit. I tried working through paypal and they could not help as well, and just because the agreement says sections may vary from time to time. They refused to help. There was a glitch in their system and no one will help. I am a level one trauma nurse that worked all throughout covid and this was the one thing i wanted to do to treat myself from working directly with covid patients 60 hrs a week, yes working well over 10-15 hrs of OT a week to care for ICU level patients. And pay pal/ ticket master has shown their true colors in the fact they do not care about their customers just money. A glitch in their system and i have to pay the price for it. This should be looked into and Ticket master should be investigated for incidents like this. Its not fair to their customers, i even understood if they couldn't give me a refund and would have gladly accepted the credit, but they were rude and unwilling to help or even look into the matter. I do believe they do this stuff on purpose to get people to end up in this situation just like me. My purchases were not even a minute apart. There is no way their system magically had 75 new options when I only had one and nothing else a minute ago.
Ticketmaster have made it impossible to get a refund for a rescheduled gig. Their website is terrible and purposely makes it impossible to make contact with them, so you give up. Well I'm not giving up and have today registered with the small claims court to get my refund. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER use Ticketmaster again and urge others not to either. The worst customer service ever.
I transferred tickets to a friend the morning before a game, he accepted the tickets, and then he was unable to click “agree” to the terms. He was unable to use the tickets because he kept getting an error code, and I couldn’t get the tickets back because he had accepted them. Of course it is impossible to contact Ticketmaster other than via email, so the tickets are in limbo and no one can use them. Incredibly frustrating.
Ticketmaster is a terrible site that we are stuck with. Example: I waited for show to open got in real quick picked the seats I wanted even were checked green, but missed by a small amount to another person. What did ticketmaster do? Offer me tickets all the way in the nosebleeds even though there we close seats. In short Ticketmaster tried to dump off bad seats to me as if I had no choice. I HATE! This company and after a life long concert going habit, have decided that if the act I want to see is using Ticketmaster as their ticket source I just wont see them anymore.
Easy and simple, great network understanding not to complicated. Simple questions not alot to do. Just great
I don't understand how this piece of crap services hasn't gotten sued and closed down yet. The worst customer service I had everto deal with.
Was very convenient. I got my tickets the same day I purchased them and the website was easy to navigate.
Same problem here as everyone else. No way to contact to get my money back. With as many 1 star reviews (which I'm sure would all be zero if possible!) I think that a class action lawsuit is in order! Do NOT purchase or book through Ticketmaster!!!!
Was easy to purchase the tickets for my wife and I. We were so happy that this show was not sold out.
If I could give 0 stars to Ticketmaster, I would. I purchase tickets for a concert that was postponed to this year due to the pandemic. I have never received an email from Ticketmaster informing me about the new date for the concert. The new date doesn't unfortunately work for us and I have requested a refund. Of course, they informing me that the window to request a refund has expired (never received such information about dates to request a refund) so now I have to try to sell those tickets and if I can't, it is my loss.
Certain information should be sent to the customer who purchase the tickets.
Shame on you Ticketmaser and this was the last time I purchase a ticket from them!!
